These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Praktijk Kimoira. By accepting these services, the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
In these terms and conditions, "Praktijk Kimoira" refers to the legal entity providing the services. "Participant" is the party receiving the services.
Praktijk Kimoira offers alternative services, including but not limited to (list the specific services you offer here). These services are performed by qualified and experienced personnel.
Praktijk Kimoira guarantees that its services are carried out with the utmost care and professionalism. In the event of incorrect execution of the services, Praktijk Kimoira will, at its discretion, repair or replace them. The liability of Praktijk Kimoira is limited to the amount of the invoice for the services concerned.
These general terms and conditions remain in force until they are terminated by Praktijk Kimoira. Termination must be in writing.
The Participant understands that LEAP has the potential to reduce stress and improve mental well-being. The Participant also understands that LEAP may involve physical movements. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. The Participant assumes full responsibility for any damage that may arise from participation.
LEAP is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. LEAP is not recommended for individuals prone to mania, delusions, or psychosis. The same applies to people known to have epilepsy. By enrolling, the Participant confirms that a qualified physician has verified their good health and physical and mental condition to participate in such a program. Additionally, the Participant will inform the facilitator of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the class. If the Participant is pregnant, becomes pregnant, or is postnatal or postoperative, participation confirms that the Participant has their doctor's permission to participate.
The Participant also acknowledges that only the Participant is responsible for deciding whether to practice LEAP and that participation is at their own risk. The Participant hereby agrees to irrevocably waive all claims that the Participant now has or may have hereafter against LEAP (Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process) and the facilitator.
Dutch law governs these general terms and conditions. Disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual consultation will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
The Participant has read and fully understood the above general terms and conditions and agrees to them.
